Written by Maggie Budzyna and Christian Tasiopolous, RAPT is a short film about a “young woman navigating an unorthodox audition process in the hopes of gaining admission to an elite program.” The film stars Marc Menchaca (“Ozark”) and Jesse LaTourette (“Boy Erased”).

The Cabaret highlights formative women in Billy's life and is performed by his first grandchild, Elle, on the precipice of graduation as she wrestles with this critical transition from youth to independence. With an allstar cast including Vanessa Williams, Julie White, Rachel Dratch, Lea Delaria, Julianne Hough, Suzy Nakurama, & Lilli Cooper, POTUS was named a “foulmouthed political funhouse farce” by Entertainment Weekly.

Dimples and Diabetes
Dimples and Diabetes is an autobiographical play written by Type E founder, Elle Shaheen. The story follows a teenage girl with Type 1 diabetes trying to navigate her first year of high school with a chronic disease and a service dog. Dimples and Diabetes was performed at the Kennedy Center for the Arts in Washington, D.C. and toured to Camp Clara Barton, Elliott P. Joslin Camp, the Type One Nation Conference in Boston and the Children With Diabetes Conference in Orlando, Florida.
Dimples and Diabetes was awarded the VSA Playwright Discovery Award from the Kennedy Center for the Arts.
The Diary of Anne Frank
The Diary of Anne Frank was Type E’s first ever theatrical production. After raising $30,000, Type E collaborated with The Seacoast Repertory Theatre and the Rochester Opera House. A portion of the ticket proceeds for this production was donated to Joslin Diabetes Center. It was because of these efforts that Type E Productions was awarded the Global Achievement Award by Joslin Diabetes Center.
